Less Than Two Weeks to go!

Wow, the time is absolutely flying now. I can’t believe after signing up to The Great Wall of China trek over a year ago, that’s us down to under two weeks!

Had a lovely catch up with the rest of the team who are doing the walk for Strathcarron Hospice last week. We’re all super excited and raring to go, if not just a little bit anxious about what’s to come😬 Gordon hasn’t really been helping by scouring the Internet and saying things like, ‘have you actually seen the Heavenly Ladder?’ No, I hadn’t but thanks for making me realise that there may be height involved….although you may have thought I’d have already realised that by walking up 1000 steps and then another 460 of the ‘Heavenly Ladder’, we would be pretty high up! I’ve no problem in getting up in high places, it’s the getting down I have a problem with🤭

Got a few more bits in Glasgow at the weekend, collected currency yesterday so all that’s to be done now, is to try and pack everything into a relatively small case😁
